About

Hi, I’m Haley.

I am a radio host and producer whose work centers on storytelling through sound. I began my career at my local NPR affiliate in Toledo, Ohio, where I spent eight years as a host and producer, leading programs such as Morning Classics, Evening Classics, and Classical Overnights. During that time, I also created and produced the award-winning arts and culture series The Rough Draft Diaries, and various radio plays.

In 2023, I joined Dreamscape Media as an audiobook director, producer, and editor. In that role, I oversaw every stage of production—from text analysis and casting to directing, editing, mixing, and occasionally performing—bringing stories to life through voice and sound design.

Today, I continue my work in radio at WRCJ Detroit Public Radio, where I host Midday Music weekdays at 10 a.m., guiding listeners through the great works of classical music, including Bach’s Lunch at noon and Midday Mozart at 1 p.m. I also produce and host The Soundtrack, a weekly program exploring the scores of the silver screen, airing Saturdays and Sundays at 6 p.m.

Beyond my career, my passions remain rooted in film, music, theater.—the art forms that first inspired my love of storytelling.
